TradeTable — Trade Documentation & Authenticity Disclaimer

Please read before recording a trade

TradeTable documents trades. It does not conduct, verify, or guarantee them.

  1. We are only the record-keeper. TradeTable is a tool for writing down what you and the other person agree to and do. We are not a party to your trade. We are not an escrow service, a broker, a marketplace, or a shipper. We never take custody of your cards or your money.

  2. We do not authenticate anything. TradeTable does not inspect, verify, grade, appraise, or guarantee that any card is genuine, correctly graded, accurately described, or of any particular condition or value. Any prices shown are reference estimates only — not an appraisal and not financial advice.

  3. The trade is between you and the other person. You are dealing directly with another user and you assume the risks of that, including the possibility that a card turns out to be counterfeit, altered, misgraded, misrepresented, or not as described, or that the other person does not follow through.

  4. Our records reflect what you both reported — not our verification of the truth. The trade receipt, honesty ledger, timestamps, and any photos are a contemporaneous record of what the two of you said and did. They are not TradeTable's confirmation that those statements are true.

  5. The records are yours. If something goes wrong later, the records belong to you and the other participant. You are free to download and keep them and to use them in your own efforts to make things right outside of TradeTable — for example, by working it out with the other person directly, filing a claim with your own payment provider, going to small-claims court, or contacting law enforcement.

  6. We do not resolve disputes. TradeTable does not mediate, arbitrate, judge, or resolve disagreements between users, and has no obligation to do so.

By recording a trade, you confirm that you understand and agree to the above and to the full Terms of Use.
